We loved the location of this hotel which was just across the street from the beach allowing us to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea. The clean and well-maintained hotel facilities including parking and transportation made our stay hassle-free. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a good variety of items and the friendly staff were always ready to assist us.

Beautiful beachfront location, convenient proximity to the beach, pleasant ambiance, clean and well-maintained property, access to two pools.

We loved staying here! The location was amazing, just across the street from the beach. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the beach and enjoy the beautiful views. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The room amenities were also fantastic, with a comfortable sitting area and free toiletries provided. We really appreciated the added convenience of having an AM/FM alarm clock in the room, as well.
This place is perfect for families. Highly recommended!

Great Location & Friendly Staff
I recently had a beach trip to a hotel in Ciudad Madero and had a fantastic experience! The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and stunning views. The friendly staff was very accommodating during the entire stay and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. The hotel had a wide range of amenities, including two inviting swimming pools and fantastic wedding services that I enjoyed during my stay.
Although I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, there are a few things that need improvement. The rooms were clean but need updating, and the bed wasn't as comfortable as I had hoped.

Located just a few steps from the beach, this hotel offers easy access to the beautiful ocean views and relaxing atmosphere. the pools are nice, and although there are limited lounge chairs, they can provide a spot to rest and soak up the sun. the included breakfast offers decent coffee and some limited options to start the day off right.
The hotel is in need of some serious updates and maintenance. the rooms seemed dirty and poorly maintained with stained sheets, missing tiles, and a musty smell.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip and it was close to the beach which was a great plus. the hotel also had a swimming pool which was refreshing after a long day at work. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
the facilities were outdated and poorly maintained.
